We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Courier to join our team at Zozo Fresh. As an essential part of our operation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our fresh, healthy juice products to our valued customers. This position demands punctuality, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Interact with customers in a courteous manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns with efficiency and a positive attitude.

Documentation: Accurately maintain records of deliveries, including customer signatures and payments if applicable. Report any delivery issues or discrepancies.

Inventory Management: Assist with periodic inventory checks and report stock shortages or damages to the appropriate personnel.

Product Knowledge. Maintain a solid understanding of our product lines to assist customers with questions and provide product recommendations when necessary.

Route Planning: Plan and optimize delivery routes for the day to minimize travel time and fuel consumption, ensuring that all orders are delivered within established timeframes.

Timely Delivery: Deliver customer orders promptly while ensuring that the products remain in perfect condition during transit.

Safety: Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and responsible approach to driving at all times.

    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
